Lot size and measurements

Property dimensions

Enter an address to measure approximate property dimensions on a map—width, depth and the lot envelope—then see what fits on your property.

Free planning sketch. Not a survey, title search, or construction approval.

Frontage, depth and the envelope

Searchers looking for property dimensions or “measure my property online” usually want the usable rectangle: how wide the lot reads, how deep it runs, and whether a project pad can sit in the yard.

MyLotFit derives a bounding width and depth from the parcel outline we draw. That is a planning envelope, not a legal frontage from a registered plan. Odd-shaped lots, pie lots and lanes will look different on the ground.

How to read the numbers

We do not replace a survey or a site plan. Use the sketch to decide whether a project is even worth measuring professionally.
