Parcel lookup

Parcel map

A parcel map shows the lot outline the city or province publishes. Enter an address to open that boundary in the planner when we cover the place—then see what fits on the parcel.

Free planning sketch. Not a survey, title search, or construction approval.

Land parcel search, without the title office

A parcel lookup or land parcel search often means “show me the lot.” MyLotFit does that where we have GIS lot fabric: British Columbia, Quebec and New Brunswick province-wide, selected Canadian cities, eight U.S. states and listed counties, plus New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, and Western Australia including Greater Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth, and the City of Adelaide. The North America lot-line map marks the Canadian and U.S. places in yellow. Australia is listed on Australia coverage.

What we will not show

We do not run “who owns this property,” property assessment lookup, or a property records search for deeds and liens. Those belong to land titles and assessment agencies. If that is the search you need, use the official registry for your province or county.

What we add after the parcel appears is the reason to stay: building footprint, a project pad, and a fit sketch you can save as a PDF.
